We have been looking at a series of things those being sued or about to go to court should be doing ahead of time.

Don’t forget the judge. He stands for election and probably has campaign contribution disclosure requirements he must meet. This is public record somewhere. The Sec of State knows this info.

Ask the clerk or law library to check their computerized records also for the cases of this other party he has been on, or with this lawyer or both or the banking industry or government in general, how many case and what percentage of his cases do they represent over the past 3 years?

As we said, such  evidence, once in hand, is tremendously powerful and can be used to support a recusal of the judge and can give you tremendous leverage for the consideration of the merits of your case. If there are questions we will try to answer, Dr Weatherly

 

 

 On another very important subject let me add something.
Most people don't understand this, but God was in Christ paying for all our sins on the cross and its over and done and finished and He's not angry with us about anything any more.
The Bible says, He is for us, not against us.
He died in our place to purchase us for Himself and if you'll give in to Him, there's nothing He won't be able to do in your life.
I know, I have been with Him for 40 years.
And when we finally leave this world, we'll live with Him forever,  
if we belong to Him.
