Dear C.J.
I'm sending this back because you may have a virus in your computer.
When I was listening to the woman's monologue it became silent and
frozen.
I could not delete it or continue the monologue for about 20 minutes.
Luckily my malware icon was visible at the top, I clicked on it and did a
complete scan and found 2 culprits. Removed them and shut down the
computer.
