Every time I shut down Firefox, Forecastfox does not display. I have
to reset my options each and every time to restart it. This has gone
on long enough to have been fixed. Has anyone received an explanation
as to when or if the problem will be fixed?

Send Jon an email with the errors from the console. I have never seen this behavior. Create a new profile and reinstall FF and see if the behavior continues.
