What location code are you using? Have you made any changes to your network settings or Firefox installation lately?

I have enjoyed forecastfox for a couple of years now.  I am using FF3.6 and with the new Forecastfox
9.10.2 or 9.7.7 i am unable to load it properly.  When it loads the tool bar shows "Now: 0 F  :0 F  :0 F. I have loaded and unloaded several time from different download areas and get the same results every time. This is very upsetting since I have really enjoyed your service and the upgrades as they have come along. Please help me resolve this problem. I am not using Chrome.

We often get these errors when an incorrect location code is specified (Forecastfox should display something like "location not found" but thats a bug right now). AccuWeather just released a new version of their website, so they may have changed the location codes without telling me! Could you send me the exact code you have set for the location? You can find this in the options window (right click on the toolbar and select options). Could you also try changing the location to something like "10018" (without the quotes). This will tell us if its a problem with your Forecastfox or the data we get from AccuWeather.

Thanks

Thank you for your unbelievably prompt response.  When i load from FF Add-Ons and reboot FF it shows up on my tool bar as i indicated in my email.  Trying to change anything in your program makes no difference.  It doesn't change the tool bar display.  I have unloaded and reloaded several times to no avail. I am an American living in Jamaica and have only enjoyed Forecastfox from this location in the past. I have even unloaded and reloaded Firefox several times. Same network offered here in Jamaica which is excellent. I also have tried downloading from other web sites with the same results.

Nice- thanks for trying that out. I suspect this is related to AccuWeather's new site release. Could you please send me the name of the city you're trying to see in Jamaica, and, if you have it, the code you used to use? I can't provide much more help without this. You can also try searching for the city again in the "Find Code" window.

I found this location code by searching for "culloden" and it seems to work on my machine:  CAC|JM|JM014|CULLODEN|

We're going to use Google Maps to search for locations in the new version, so that should make it much easier to use.

Thanks!

It seems that all the U.S. area codes work fine, I have tried a couple. There wasn't any code on my old profile, just culloden, jamaica(westmoreland)  The find code search leads to the code window which doesn't produce anything.
