Brazilian Portuguese support.

Hi there,

Is there any plans to support Brazilian Portuguese idiom for
Forecastfox? As far as I remember there were pt_BR support in previous
versions of this software.

Even Iberic Portuguese is a bit uncomfortable to use, and there's some
non-English speaker users of my computer.

I'd definitely like to include pt-BR locale if we can find a translator. Would you want to help out?
