It also stopped working for me after upgrading to fx10.
I tried uninstalling, installing the add-on; enabling, disabling the
add-on bar; restarting Firefox; and any combination of those.
What worked for me was deleting the preference files.
I had a folder, .sqlite, and .sqlite-journal all named forecastfox to
delete.
I had a problem deleting the journal file so that might have been my
problem to begin with.
for those that don't know where the files are:
%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\< User Profile Folder >\
