No option to remove gray drag/drop circle?

I have never moved ForecastFox from the status bar in all the years
I've used it. And I don't intend to ever move it.

Why do I now have a stupid gray circle I can't do anything with for a
feature I have no use for?

I want that damn thing to be hide-able.

The circle should hide itself when you close the customization page. Is that not happening?

Its not disappearing for me too. I have Firefox 3.6.8 and Windows XP.

LOL, it did, I'm an idiot. I guess I'm not used to the new options
menu setup. It would explain why there was no toggle option for it.
