I have to agree as well... we do recieve a lot more e-mails with bad
phone numbers and e-mail addresses - I thought that it was checked
before they were sent to us. We are also having problems with
combinations at times, and of course people getting financed.

that's all we have ever received from ford direct leads... horrible quality
and they don't check the number or email until you go to have them reimburse
the bad leads and they have 3 people check behind you.
we are a small store and cannot afford these leads that aren't worth the
time. We follow through on all of them, but almost all the leads we get
from them are not "quality" leads.
