Suggestions needed for Metrics Report

I manage a BDC/Internet Sales Team of 4 coordinators, we are
responsible for inbound/outbound sales/service follow-up, prospecting,
service marketing, RTCM and other misc calls. Currently our metrics
report only reports on the number of shown/sold appts. It is my
opinion though that this report does not give an accurate report of
all of our activity. I am interested in some suggestions for metrics
report layouts and feedback regarding how other BDC's track their
effectiveness in a dealership's operations.
