Ford lead quality

We feel that after months of reviewing appt success and closing rate on Ford direct leads, that something has happened to the quality. We are using the salespeople to respond to inquiries faster than ever and improved templates following the same process to get the appointment but with less success. We thought until reading this post it may be us or the change with salepeople calling for appt. that reduced our rates, but poor leads had been blamed by some sales staff as the reason.
