Does anyone out there use Autobase for showroom control / CRM? If so,
can anyone tell me any pros or cons, and give me a 1 to 5 (5 being
outstanding) on how you would personally rate it?. We currently are
using Reynolds and looking to update soon.

We have used Autobase for over 10 years. It is very easy to use and
is an excellent tool I'd highly recommend. The only problem you'll
ever have is getting your salespeople to use it; it's only as good as
the info that is put in. But if it is used correctly, it will be a
valuable tool for both the showroom and CRM. The pros: it is very easy
to learn and use, it requires follow-up of the sales people, and it
integrates almost seamlessly with the BDC or Internet department when
you have the Loyalty Center tool. The con: the email marketing tool
that comes with it is limited and hard to use but you can buy an
upgraded version that is supposed to be better.
