Congratulations, notsorichbob, on a fantastically played game - done
on a day that was not easy to predict.

The master won a hotly contested game with the best predictions on the
LOW and the CLOSE. He also did the best on the total variance with
only a six cent total "miss".

Well done, my friend!

Clearly, the indexes and the headlines this morning were predicting a
seriously DOWN day.

For whatever reason (blind optimism?), I don't see it that negatively.

Therefore my early numbers (am almost certainly revising before the
OPEN) for the day:

O: $15.22
H: $15.43
L: $15.13
C: $15.33

Even with the markets down as far as they are ford is still way up. Great run.

Damn! How many times must I make the same mistakes before I learn?

Sold a relatively small portion of our F calls this morning. Did it
when F common was hitting $15.54. Doubted that she would hold that
given the state of the broader markets. Sure 'nough, F common now
trading at $15.69. That means a difference of $.13 cents on the call,
or $13 per contract(or nearly 20%).

Geez, when....

Of course, we are still making money on the rest.

Guess we have to start wondering when we cross $16.00, eh?
