Ford Racing Think Bike - Battery/Charger issues

hey guys I have Ford Racing "Think Mobility" bike and the charger fryed, we have rewired and installed new batteries and have pigtail for new charger now with batteries fully charged reinstalling battery box bike not acknowledging new batteries... ideas or wiring diagram needed!

I have an extra charger if you are interested... cost - $100 plus shipping - if you are interested. I'm in Michigan.
