1 Red light on far left side of panel

Hello, 

I have 2 Think Fun bikes with the same issue. When I install the new batteries and the turn the key I receive 2 beeps followed by one solid red light on the far left side of the panel. I have not been able to figure out what is causing the problem and find it odd that it is happening in both bikes. Has anyone run into this problem and found a solution for it? If so, please share. Thank you!
