Queries regarding the Force.com toolkit for Google Analytics

Hi Matthew,
Couple of queries :

1. The setup page would also contain the list of metrics, should this
be at application level or User level.Since, this is an admin profile
job, I believe this to be on application level. Please confirm.
2.Regarding the reports and dashboards. Looking at the requirement,
does it mean I need to prepare 5 diffrent custom reports based on 5
different values for Metrics building Line Charts. Hence, would have 5
different Dashboard components configured for Visitor, Avg time etc.
