and after taking unusual long time, it showed this message :

HI David,
when I tried again with this new command :  force-level1-csd -u /home/alwadey/force/mis/index

another message showed :
Downloading Landsat metadata catalogue...
/home/alwadey/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/OpenSSL/crypto.py:14: CryptographyDeprecationWarning: Python 2 is no longer supported by the Python core team. Support for it is now deprecated in cryptography, and will be removed in the next release.
  from cryptography import utils, x509

and after along time, this shows this message :

timed out
CommandException: 1 file/object could not be transferred.

Hi Mohammed,
not really sure what the timeout is about..
The warning message is straightforward: install a newer version of Python. Or use the FORCE Docker, in which case you have a working installation guaranteed. Probably the Python version issue is also related to the timeout, but this is just a guess..
Cheers,
David
