When processing Level1 to Level 2 and   MAX_CLOUD_COVER_TILE is reached will then the tile be marked as DONE in the file queue?
If not, one could first run a low and then a higher MAX_CLOUD_COVER_TILE adding data to the L2 data base.

/Jonas

From PRM file:
# CLOUD DETECTION OPTIONS
# ------------------------------------------------------------------------
MAX_CLOUD_COVER_FRAME =
MAX_CLOUD_COVER_TILE  =

Hi Jonas,

yes, those files will be marked as DONE.
If you want to identify the products that have been skipped due to cloud cover, you could run a grep (or similar program) over the log files.

Hi Jonas,
MAX_CLOUD_COVER_TILE  works on the level of the output tiles. This means: for any given input image, you can have output for some tiles, while output for the very cloudy ones will be suppressed.
Please have a look in the logfile, it tells you how many chips were generated.
Best,
David
