[forban] Presentation about Forban - protocol changes

Dear All,

Here is a presentation to explain a bit about the background of Forban
including
the protocol :

The presentation has been given to the Breizh Entropy Congress.

The protocol won't change fundamentally but the HMAC index will be
added in the
announce message. This is explained in the protocol description :
http://www.gitorious.org/forban/forban/blobs/master/README .

The next release 0.0.15 will include that protocol change. If the
protocol is working
as expected, we will lock the current state of the Forban protocol.
