Forban 0.0.25 released

Hi happy P2P local users,

Forban 0.0.25 has been released with many bug fixes
and the version can now run out of the box without any
pre-configuration.

The 5 lines installation and user guide:

git clone g...@github.com:adulau/Forban.git
cd Forban
./bin/forbanctl start

and open your web browser to : http://127.0.0.1:12555/

To share some files, you'll just need to copy them in ./var/share/

and that's it.

This version also includes a Forban client made in Bash relying
on tcpdump and curl to show the simplicity of the protocol.
