September is the peak mushroom month, especially now that it's thankfully raining. I am teaching in the Asheville area on Thursday (tomorrow), Sunday, Monday, and the following Saturday. Walks are from 10-1 and the price is $50. Participants have the option of enjoying their catch of the day that evening or the following night at Asheville's
Zambra Tapas Restaurant. Order from the menu freely and the chefs will integrate the wild foods into your dishes at no extra charge.
