Hi folks,

After such a cold winter, it's a great season for all kinds of fruit, including mushrooms!

For those around Asheville

My 2010 teaching season starts with a walk this Friday with "Swimming in Fungus" and continues on July 10th with "Zen and the Art of Mushroom Hunting." See description below and calendar on my website. I've lowered my prices so people can hopefully come to more than one walk, see different mushrooms each time, gain more practice, and have more FUN. We'll be hiking out to a different waterfall or swimming hole on each outing, so regardless of what we find, a good time will be had by all.

For others:

I'll be in New York next week (no classes scheduled but private walk possible) and near Greensboro, NC in early August. If you are interested in a public or private walk in your area, let me know.

For everyone:

I have wild dried medicinal mushrooms available now through my website: reishi, chaga, turkey tails, and artist conk.

Despite our collective disconnection from the Earth we came out of, She continues to feed us. I highly recommend Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth in this critical time.

If you'd like to be removed from this list, just reply with "unsubscribe." Otherwise, hope to see you soon.

"An experience is worth a thousand pictures."
