all are _move-in ready_!
I'm offering $2500 for every retail buyer referral that's mortgage-ready and
leads to a successful close on one of these homes. How easy is that? You get
$2500 for simply referring someone on your buyer's list that ends up
purchasing!
I'm also able to offer 100% financing for each home to help those buyers
that're currently locked out of the market, but would have qualified even
before the rules got so loose a few years ago. Have buyers who just can't
close or you can't find a house for? This may be a great way to make a
little extra money without trying too hard, and helping out some great folks
finally move into a home.
