Do you have residential end buyers in the Dallas/Fort Worth/Arlington area
that are pre-qualified and want to buy - but you just don't have a home for
them? If so, I have many properties in the Metroplex that are move-in ready
and just need new owners.
In fact, if you refer any of your buyers to me, and they close, I'll give
you $2500 as a referral fee for each successful close!
I'm able to offer 100% financing on these homes as well - if your buyers are
struggling with a 20% down payment, this could quickly get them the home
they want. And, of course, $2500 for you.
