c.    Area 3,  Route 66 to just north of the Dulles Toll Road, Dranesville and Hunter Mill Districts

c.    VDOT MegaProjects staff (1 per area)
d.    OP3 staff (1 per area)
e.    BOS staff
f.    Dept. of Forestry and FFX Urban Forestry
g.    County staff
3.    In the fall (October/November time frame) there will be three public meetings held.  One in each area.  This meeting will be to present the proposed plan and seek public input.  Patti will reach out to the ICAR program at GMU to see if their students could provide facilitation at these sessions, and perhaps document the process thru a journal of record.
4.    Winter of ‘09 – ’10, education and outreach to community groups and HOAs/Civic Associations will take place.
5.    Earth Day 2010 will be the kickoff
