1.  We dance tonight ~ Yippee.  all the info you would want is at our website:  www.FOOTMADbirmingham.org

2.  We turn the CLOCKS AHEAD TONIGHT.

3.  There is a FOOTMAD DOUBLE-WIDE OLD-TIME JAM SESSION TOMORROW!  From our website - look left and click on Jam Sessions.  A lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon.  This one is at Darrell and Kristina O'Quinn's home in Crestwood.
More info at the Jam Sessions link on our website (as I mentioned).  These happen once a month - plus, there are Odd Wednesday Jams:  Jerry Anderegg hosts a jam in his home in Southside on first, third, and fifth Wednesdays starting at 7:30pm.  Look at the website...

4.  Dancer (and tonight's dance host) and UAB Professor, Diane Tucker asked that our dancers take a moment to support UAB in a grant they are trying to win.
It's not difficult to help!  Please do.  Here's the info:
Please vote for UAB regarding a grant they have applied for to further their mission in providing Palliative and Supportive Care to their patients and families. They need your vote to show support of their program in order to get this grant! Follow the link and vote today! There are two opportunities to vote for UAB's Center for Palliative and Supportive Care. One is the Certification for Advanced Palliative Care and the other is The Creative Center - Hospital Artist in Residence Program.

http://vote.livestrong.org   Once on this link, hover over the VOTE NOW circle until you see the grouping of southern states including Alabama - then choose Certification for Advanced Palliative Care - and choose UAB Palliative Care.  THEN, find the Creative Center Hospital Artist in Residence Program, click, choose UAB and vote again!  They just ask for your name and email address.

Thanks so much!

5.  You are the BEST.
