Part Time Nanny for Two Sweet Boys

I am looking for a caring nanny who is punctual, patient and consistent  for our animated 4 year-old son and kind 12 year-old son. Both kids are polite and caring. Duties include school picks up, taking them to afternoon activities, preparing snacks, warming up meals and homework check ins with my older son. The start time will be 12PM or 2PM Mondays and Wednesdays and 12PM on Fridays.  There's a possibility for Sundays hours as well if you are available.  We have one small poodle mix dog so you should be comfortable with dogs. There is no public transit in peaceful Portola Valley so you must have your own reliable vehicle but you can use the family car to transport the kids.
