What We’re Looking For
Responsible, dependable, and proactive individuals
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional attitude
Availability for temporary assignments (days to several months)
Prior household and/or teaching experience required with corresponding professional references
The ideal temporary childcare professional has a minimum of 3–5 years of childcare and/or teaching experience, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and a clean driving record. They have hands-on experience caring for children, with a strong understanding of safety, age-appropriate routines, and developmental needs. The provider should be reliable, comfortable with outdoor activities, able to maintain a tidy environment, and possess excellent communication skills with parents.
Candidates must have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations including MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations. Some families ask for up-to-date COVID vaccination.
