I'm free Fridays at 10 am, 12 pm, 3:00 pm. Also, I'm free 12-3 pm on Mondays/Wednesdays and 2-3 pm on Thursdays. If none of those times work, let me know when the club will meet and I'll try to make it. Thanks.

Dear all,

     I understand that the meeting will commence at 1:30 PM today, and I will not be able to attend.  I would like one item to be added to the agenda.  I would like to propose a new weekly meeting time of Friday at 10:00 AM.  From what I have read, this appears to be a time that can work for other people as well as myself.  Please address this today at the meeting.  Thank you!

     Thank you for responding to my message.  FYI, times that work for me are:  Tuesday (Anytime); Wednesday (12:00 PM or 3:00 PM); Thursday *except for this week* (Anytime); Friday (10:00 AM or 2:00 PM).  I hope this is flexible enough with most other schedules.
