Club meeting tomorrow May 12th,2010 at 1.30pm at room 4202

Dear members,

Hi everyone! I understand that we have voted for the meeting on May 12th,2010 at 1.30pm. We will have meeting at 1.30pm and we will vote again for next week meeting to fit everyone schedule. I am hoping that I can make as many people to come because the things that we will be doing and discussing is very crucial and we need more people. However, I want to respect the people that came last week and have agreed to go to the meeting on May 12th at 1.30pm.

So, I hope to see more people tomorrow. We will be discussing mostly about our bylaws, elections, and officers duties. Also, we really need a secretary for the time being before the election. The old officers are still able to run for the next election. So, don't worry.
