Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx is a program that enables you to turn your computer into a powerful guitar effects processor. It comes with 4 different types of distortion, standard, tube-ish overdrive, multiband and fuzz, which sound great with rhythm and lead guitar and can be used in many different styles of music.
Are you one of the many people who want to have an approach to the programs that allow you to experiment within the musical field? Do you want to be able to interpret your melodies with the guitar and record all the results? Then you should know that Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx is one of the best applications we can find in this field, a perfect one for those who like to do and undo when it comes to music.
Although we are going to talk about the many advantages of using Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx on your computer, without a doubt, the first of them has to do with the low weight of this program. This is an excellent opportunity for those users who have been frustrated in their plans to enjoy other music content management applications due to the heavy demands of some of them.
In the same way, we must make a stop to point out that Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx is a paid application, which we can try without any problem or limitation other than having 30 hours of use at our disposal. The truth is that once this period is over, you will have to pay for it if you want to continue enjoying it on your PC, although it is a more than reasonable time to get an idea of how it works.
It doesn't matter if you are a professional or an amateur just starting. Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx will allow you to find all the tools we can expect in these cases so that you won't be wasting time or needing other programs. What elements will we find, then? Effects, organized in patterns, special effects, analog harmonic analyzers, recorder, tuner, etc.
Something exciting about Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx is that all the modifications we make on the tracks are applied in real-time, consequently allowing us to know the extent of each of these changes. In addition, you should consider that this is a service developed to work with sampling or playback functions if you want to use it.
And what effects does this application offer me? To mention some of them, we will have to talk about the following ones, which are among the most famous of the segment: distorter, noise gate, multiband, reverb, vibrato, fuzz, wah-wah, equalizer, flanger, chorus, echoes, etc. As you can see, even if you have used a much heavier and more demanding program for your computer before, this one doesn't make us miss any of the basic options.
Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx will also allow you to save all the patterns you want to use at another time, considering that it can load them later, so you will never lack patterns at your disposal. Another positive aspect we have found in our tests is the analyzer Spectrum, which offers a vast amount of bands for us to work with and complements all the previous offers very well.
Remember, although we think it may be unnecessary to mention it, to make use of this application. As with most of those in this segment, you must have the guitar connected to the computer via the microphone input tab. When you have connected it, you have to open Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx, and then you can start playing with the effects the way you prefer.
If you want to know our opinion about the Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx user interface, we have to say that it is somewhat more straightforward than other similar services, which its light weight can explain. This collaborates with the idea that non-professional users can also use the service, so it is a pass without problems.
The main strong points of Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx have to do with the fact that it is an application that, due to its low requirements, can be used on any computer to which we connect a guitar without losing sight of the fact that it has the main tools and functions that we can expect from any music track editing program.
What we liked the least about Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx is related in the first instance, and as it was logical, the fact that we are in the presence of an application that is paid leaves us with the desire to know it a little more. On the other hand, a user looking for a top-quality service in this field will likely feel that some small functions are missing.
Either way, Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx is an excellent music editing program that users, especially beginners or intermediate users, should consider when they want to start producing their content independently. To get started, you can enjoy the trial version of the application and then find out if it's what you're looking for and worth paying for.
This process splits the frequency spectrum of a guitar, bass, or synthesizer into multiple, discrete frequency bands and equips each band with its own array of adjustable parameters. In the case of overdrive, the ULTRAWAVE splits the incoming signal and provides separate drive and output level controls for each individual band.
At the core of the ULTRAWAVE is multiband separation, distortion, and EQ. In the 1970s music technologist Craig Anderton created a 4-band distortion tool. It was noted for lessening intermodulation artifacts when playing complex chords, but the concept was left largely unexplored.
When implemented on a powerful Analog Devices DSP chip, the Source Audio Multiwave Distortion pedal was born. The ULTRAWAVE starts where the Multiwave left off and leverages more than a decade of Source Audio know-how and dramatic increases in DSP power. The ULTRAWAVE is the ultimate expression of multiband processing in a pedal.
The ULTRAWAVE also has an incredible companion collection of innovative sound processing blocks to take sound creation into vast new directions. These are found in the Neuro Desktop Editor (free editing software for Mac or Windows) or Neuro Mobile App (free for iOS and Android). All presets created in the Neuro editors can be loaded directly to the pedal, saved to a personal, cloud-based preset library, and published to the Neuro Community to be easily accessed by other ULTRAWAVE owners.
The Morph feature explores the marvelous potential of sound morphing, which allows musicians to smoothly transition from one super-charged tone to another with an external expression pedal, LFO, or envelope follower. The ULTRAWAVE also has advanced stereo features that can send entirely different drive effects to each of the outputs for a wide stereo field, place the effect in two places in a signal chain, or generate mind-spinning, ping-pong tremolo effects.

... is a powerful Guitar Effects Processor that contains 21 guitar effects including several special effects as well as a guitar synthesizer, analog harmonic analyser, recorder and tuner. It works in real-time and has low latency sampling and playback.
Here are some of the advanced features:
There is a fast responding polyphonic guitar synthesizer which in conjunction with a little chorus and reverb can produce some very interesting and refreshingly different sounds.
The multiband echo (also called a spectral delay) can produce anything from unusual wah type sounds to sci-fi laser noises, as well as an arpeggio effect, and echoes.
Next on the list is a multiband distortion which creates a very rich and wide sound and allows you to control the amount of distortion in the bass, mid, and treble ranges. This is a hi-gain effect so it's great for rock and metal.
Load and Save our own effects presets. Then assign them to hotkeys.
Midband Madness is our favourite preset, and has it's own powerful unique sound which is ideal for rock and metal.
Synth Maxed Out is another of our favorites, it has a powerful, complex and rich sound, similar to the sound of synths used for dance music.
80s Pop preset can also be used for rock arpeggio intros.
Other Instruments:
Ultrawave Guitar Multi Fx can also be used for vocals, and with other instruments, like the electric violin, or even the flute with the use of a microphone. Ultrawave Guitar Tuner
An accurate and easy to use software guitar tuner
The Ultrawave Guitar Tuner is easier to use than most tuners. Our guitar tuner lets you select a key and then shows you what note each string should be tuned too. There is a tuning bar that lets you know how much your note is out of tune, and whether you need to tune the string up or down.
Asio 2 is supported which reduces audio latency and improves performance. The tuner has a built in sound monitor which means you can hear the sound from your guitar on the computer's speakers which makes tuning easier. If your card supports higher sampling speeds you can set it higher, the maximum sampling frequency supported is 192 KHz, which will improve tuning accuracy.
A level meter has been included so you make sure that the signal level from the guitar is always high when tuning. A high input level makes the frequency measuring more accurate and stable.
