Dear Jose Luis,

Hope this email finds you well.

Like last year, were are organising the LBS "Tackle Africa" Football Tournament and we would like to invite your b-school to participate in this 2012 edition. The tournament, which we expect to welcome teams from European and US b-schools, is set for the weekend of the 3rd-4th of March. Apart from playing football, networking, and having fun, the tournament will also serve to raise funds for the Tackle Africa foundation who delivers HIV education through football coaching to young people across Africa (http://tackleafrica.org/).

Please let us know your interest in joining the tournament and whether the proposed date would prevent you for coming.

We look forward in hearing back from you and having you on early March.
