I was wanting to use dMaint to forward copies of the users Windows Event Log file... similar to this deal here
http://www.howtogeek.com/69551/how-to-create-your-own-windows-event-log-notification-system/

Currently I have this running on some clients PC's...  and is handy in getting an early warning of issues or a fix on where a problem may be.. BTW.. I generally get everything Info, warnings and errors in this way I get to see any CHKDSK logs..

Now my question, before I break out my scripting skills and write an AUTOIT script  to do the above - then convert it to a Exe and drop into dMaint... Have I missed anything in dMaint that already does similar or better.. or am I better off following my planned path?
As a script writter I am a better Speller.

Nothing in dMaintenance does that.  dEventMonitor does but it might be overkill for what you are after.

Haven't played with dEvenMon yet.. I'll have a play..
In the mean time I will have a crack at creating a exe from the script..

Nick, thanks for your reply (and software)
