NRDC US Cities food waste generation and rescue opportunity report

Hello,
Today NRDC released a new Food Matters report comparing and discerning patterns across 22 cities for which we have estimated local baseline levels of food waste generation and the amount of food which could potentially be rescued for redistribution. We also analyzed the ways in which each city’s demographics led to its profile. It is our hope that other U.S. cities will be able to quickly identify the profile they most closely resemble and follow through on the associated recommendations.
