Hi all,

As you might have noticed recently our in boxes are filling with emails asking us to 're-consent' to opt back into receiving emails to comply with GDPR

Sadly the current google groups platform that the food waste studies group uses does not have a feature to facilitate this.

If you no longer wish to be part of this group, or wish to edit your email delivery preferences visit https://groups.google.com, login and edit your preferences in the options. I can also remove an email address from the list, feel free to email me using the email address below.

The group does not seek to hold personal data on anyone who is signed up to the mailing list. The platform is simply a list of emails with no further information.

Unlike other groups this platform enables anyone to post to the group by emailing foodwast...@googlegroups.com or using the groups.google.com website, therefore we have a collective responsibility over what information is posted. Wider rules around how google stores any information shared in the group in light of GDPR can be found here - https://cloud.google.com/security/gdpr/

Thanks and if you have any questions please get in touch.
