Dear colleagues,
in the course of a project we are looking towards literature - especially grey literature - about banana food supply chain losses around the globe! We are happy about information for each of the varieties of banana. If you have any suggestions for us where to find reports or other communication, in english and all other languages, please do not hesitate to give us a hint.
Thanks in advance and take care of you,

Hi Fe;icitas,

I have a number of citations on bananas-- mainly how to deal with banana leaves, banana waste, and upcycled banana products. Not quite what you are asking for, but if useful, let me know.
