Manuscript submission is now open for a new article collection which I am co-editing on “Sustainability of Digital Innovation on Agriculture and Food Markets”. Food loss and waste research that touches upon digitization would be of great interest!
The aim of the collection is to bring together the latest quality articles from researchers working in the area of Sustainable Food Production and Consumption, focused on Digital Transformation of Agriculture. All research will be published as Open Access. We additionally aim to put together a free eBook of all published manuscripts to provide an up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the latest research developments in the field.

The deadline for manuscript submissions is on the 22nd of July 2022, but we can accommodate extensions on a case-by-case basis.
This is in collaboration with Frontiers in Sustainability as part of the section Quantitative Sustainability Assessment.
