This special issue is devoted to state-of-the-art strategies of food waste reuse and prevention, with particular emphasis being given on the development of cutting-edge methodologies related with bioactive compound recovery and their uses in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, which may include, but are not exclusively limited to, articles on:

 

• Food waste valorization

• Bioactive substances

• Recovery and reuse

 

I would like to invite you and your colleagues to submit a contribution for this special edition of the Recycling Journal. Your paper will be published free of charge.

 

This Special Issue will be fully open access.
