Applications are open for the 2023 edition of the DS-FOOD international
summer school “Design of sustainable food systems”.
The summer school, promoted by University of Tuscia (Viterbo, Italy) in
partnership with the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (Uppsala,
Sweden), University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (Wien, Austria),
Harokopio University of Athens (Greece), and Münster University of Applied
Sciences (Germany), foresees a virtual component and a physical mobility at
the premises of the Alpine Study Centre of Pieve Tesino (TN)

2023.
A unique educational experience that combines lectures from international
teachers, group works, visits to local companies and recreational
activities, to deepen the concept of sustainability of food systems and give
students the right tools to apply it in their job.
The summer school is open to university students of all nationalities, with
priority to those enrolled in bachelor and master courses of the five
promoting universities, up to a maximum number of 25 places.
