Need a recommendation for Zero Waste/Green catering services.

I am not sure if Barr Mansion does any outside catering but if so, they would be a good choice I think. Also, Spoon & Co., although not branded as Zero Waste, have done events for us and are very waste conscious and professional. That in conjunction with the small event services that Balcones Recycling or TDS offers might be a good combo! Ecology Action is also more than happy to provide free post event recycling and compost dropoff as well as free recycling bin rentals!

Green Fern Events does zero-waste event management and can coordinate just the catering and waste diversion. They also do a post-event report that tells how much got diverted. Great company.
