One minute for a question about Food Waste (Food Tax credits) please

Dear friends,

I joined the policy committee for the DC Food Recovery Network and I am researching for them trying to spot any states that have a $5,000 or more annual. Could you please share with me if you know :

1. Which states have such tax?

2. If they have had any significant increases

in the overall food donated (or other positive impacts) once the tax credits passed?
3. How much money has this cost them (the states) annually?
