Ihave only had my studio 68c since May. I started the Universal Control App today and it notified me of a firmware update to install which I started, I thought it was the newest, and did not disconnect the box or do anything while it was updating., but about halfway through it suddenly showed a dialog box, about stopped connection. When I tried to start PRO TOOLS afterwards it doesn't connect and the interface only has one blue light on.. I am using MAC OSX 10.15.6 I tried to send a support request but it seems not to send... No email confirmation either. I am in the middle of a paid session so this is down time now... :-( In Sweden so I don't know where to turn.

UPDATE ---- after a number of restarts I restarted the mac and got universal control working right and started all over again and I was able to install the "old" firmware update.... Now everything is working... PHEW...

Hi @edgarsilva01,

What't the operative system of your servers?

Linux UFs are easy to upgrade using a remote script shell that you can find in Community (if not I can send you!).

For Windows UFs, you have to use a SW distribution tool.

I would recommend using some kind of configuration management system to do this on scale. If you those are Linux (should work on Windows too) I think Ansible is a good solution for this task.

This updated preliminary survey by Amnesty International of legislation around the world is designed to assist the Sixth Committee in its annual discussions of universal jurisdiction. The updated version takes into account amendments to national legislation in Luxembourg and Comoros extending the scope of jurisdiction of their courts to provide for universal jurisdiction over genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes that have taken place since the preliminary survey was published in October 2011.

Hi,

i would like to know if there is a CLI command to update HTML page in universal login page. I usually update the HTML file manually by copy and pasting the contents of login.html to branding->universal login-> login->HTML and save it to see the changes. I am trying to see if i would be able to automate the process of updating this when a new code is pushed. Please let me know.

Thanks,

Suguna

Hi @rueben.tiow , Thank you for your time in answering my questions. Does the CLI command shared by you be used for the custom html page which i wanted to update or it is used only for the default templates?

I've spent more than 2 months but could not found a clear solution of how to proceed with angular universal.I've already spent about 6 months in implementing angular universal on a project for which I don't get a much time and now I'm stuck with this issue. Can anyone help me with this as it seems the whole world want to know a solution for Angular SSR.

UPDATE: I'm able to get the source updated with view source option in chrome but the Facebook and Google crawler show the default meta tags which are there by default. It's very tough to launch my website with it remaining any help is appreciated. @Brandon guided me a lot I spent quite some time on implementing node with Jade and Nunchucks but since angular universal use angular-express by default so I wasn't able to use the above-mentioned render engines.

Stumbled upon this looking for same solution. Using a setTimeout worked for me. Make sure to refresh cache or use incognito mode or you'll miss seeing the metadata (I made this mistake). My research suggests that subscribe for API data must be waited upon before SSR renders page so observable must stay open (but I'm not an expert). Also, the only way to make it work is to put the response from subscription right into metaService. I'll show what I mean in my code.

As someone who tried to achieve a SEO friendly angular using SSR and utilities angular has to offer regarding meta tags, I would like to share an idea about this question.

I was so focused on this topic that I failed to see the obvious and how simple it was to solve it!

As you may know HTML would be rendered first, then CSS and only THEN JavaScript.

In addition, index bots mostly care about raw HTML!

There for whether bots should be made to make decisions after they rendered JSwhich by the way is not efficient and cost for companies like google and they have their own reasons for doing so, or ...

We can embed single page apps inside specific backend programs compatible of changing the html before sending it to client-side.

Think about it ...

single page application was introduced for a specific new problem and is not opt to be analyzed by only the raw HTML!

So the specific answer to "Update meta tags in angular universal with external API call" has already been answered.

How ever, if you would like a real SEO friendly angular app, you must embed them together.

Now if you simply go to the route page localhost:port you can find the meta with "your site name". You go to the page localhost:port/post/some name , you'll get the meta with the content, "some name".

I have problem to update universal plugin manager. I try to update on version v. 3.0.2, but i get error: "An error was encountered while updating the UPM. See the logs for more details." Can you please help me to solve this problem, so i can update to new version.

Once I have correctly accessed Jira through base URL I have been able to upgrade UPM from Add-ons manager page simply by pressing "update" button. When I was logged on through intranet URL I supose that in some moment the process was trying to connect through "base URL" but it was logged off from that context.

That method i tried and didn't work. I try to upload app via Jira manager, and didn't work. I also tried restart Windows server where Jira is installed, and try to upload app or install it, also didn't work.

Objective: This review is an update for the US Preventive Services Task Force on universal newborn hearing screening to detect moderate-to-severe permanent, bilateral congenital hearing loss. We focus on 3 key questions: (1) Among infants identified by universal screening who would not be identified by targeted screening, does initiating treatment before 6 months of age improve language and communication outcomes? (2) Compared with targeted screening, does universal screening increase the chance that treatment will be initiated by 6 months of age for infants at average risk or for those at high risk? (3) What are the adverse effects of screening and early treatment?

Methods: Medline and Cochrane databases were searched to identify articles published since the 2002 recommendation. Data from studies that met inclusion criteria were abstracted, and studies were rated for quality with predetermined criteria.

Results: A good-quality retrospective study of children with hearing loss indicates that those who had early versus late confirmation and those who had undergone universal newborn screening versus none had better receptive language at 8 years of age but not better expressive language or speech. A good-quality nonrandomized trial of a large birth cohort indicates that infants identified with hearing loss through universal newborn screening have earlier referral, diagnosis, and treatment than those not screened. These findings are corroborated by multiple descriptive studies of ages of referral, diagnosis, and treatment. Usual parental reactions to an initial nonpass on a hearing screen include worry, questioning, and distress that resolve for most parents. Cochlear implants have been associated with higher risks for bacterial meningitis in young children.

Conclusions: Children with hearing loss who had universal newborn hearing screening have better language outcomes at school age than those not screened. Infants identified with hearing loss through universal screening have significantly earlier referral, diagnosis, and treatment than those identified in other ways.

I have 2 Macs, a 16" M1 MAX MacBook Pro and a 13" M1 MacBook Pro that previously worked utilizing Universal Control to control both machines. After updating both to Ventura 13.3 today, Universal control no longer works.

[ I was using universal control between my M1 MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. After I close the screen of MacBook and open again, the universal control was gone. I used to log-out & login my iCloud account to fix it, but this time I'd like to find an easier way. ]

I open System Settings and click my Apple ID at the top left corner. On the bottom of the right pane is Device which lists the devices bounded to my Apple ID. I click the iPad Pro and it will show the information of that device. Nothing to do here, except maybe just clicking the back arrow, and the universal control comes back quietly.

I opened a case with Apple to have this looked at. While discussing with an engineer, we weren't able to correct this. However, he suggested I create a new login on EACH computer, log in with these IDs and connect them to my AppleID. I did this and nothing changed. UC was enabled by default but not working. After a few minutes, I logged back in with my "regular" accounts.

I logged out of iCloud account (Apple ID) on both iPhone and MacBook, logged back into iCloud on MacBook first then did so on my iPhone. After logging back in on iPhone the MacBook then requested my Apple ID password again (notification in settings) to "finish setting up Apple services", also requested phone password. Once this was all done clipboard started working again.
