hope you're enjoying the first few official days of summer. I wanted to get in touch about a future eat-up. I have been speaking to the lovely folks at Lotus Farm to Table (http://www.lotusfarmtotable.com), and they mentioned that they would love to put a small lunch or dinner menu together just for a foodspotting eat-up. They would pair each small course with a tea. Is anyone interested? Maybe a weeknight dinner since summer weekends are busy.

Ok let's plan on heading to Lotus Farm to Table on Thursday, July 28th Does 7:15 pm work for everyone? Keep in mind that it is located in Media, PA (a 25min drive from center city area)

If you don't have a car we can all plan to meet at the Media/Elwyn line at the Septa University City station (3196 South Street & Convention Avenue) If we take the 626pm train we will arrive in 32 minutes and then have an 8minute walk to the restaurant. Or if there are enough people in Philadelphia who have cars, maybe we can car pool. I unfortunately don't have a car to volunteer, so I will be taking the train if others want to join.

I will be in touch with more details about the special tea and food pairing/foodspotting menu and price. Although you can order from the menu as well.

The restaurant asked if we could change the time of the reservation from 7:15 to 7:30. I didn't want to make it any later since it's in media and it's a week day.

The chef would like to create a prix-fix menu for us since we will be a larger group. I am working with them on price. Would everyone be ok with $20?
