TSI Arabic and Malayalam PIC Handbooks

Good morning all,

TSI's new Malayalam and Arabic PIC Handbooks were announced yesterday
during a Dubai Municipality Press Conference - please see the attached
photo of Mr. Khalid Mohammad Sharif, Director of DM Food Control
Department, with the new TSI books.

We've been working closely with Dubai Municipality since May 2011 to
get these new language versions prepared, and we're happy to inform
you that they are now available.

Huge thanks to Bobby, Safwan and Bashir in Food Control Department for
their extensive support with the translation and updating!

The books are available along with PIC qualifications, or separately
for yourselves, members of your team or your clients. Please get in
