Dear Colleague,

 

All of us have come across people in our careers who are making a real difference in food safety. Here’s your chance to have them recognized!

 

I’m encouraging my food industry friends to nominate a worthy food industry candidate for an NSF Food Safety Leadership Award. Winners are recognized on the big stage at the Food Safety Summit in Baltimore, and receive recognition in the trade media following the show. Prior award winning companies include such prestigious names as Earthbound Farms, Publix, Hormel Foodservice, Coca-Cola, Dole Fresh Vegetables, Sonic, Maple Leaf Foods and Jack in the Box. Nominations can come from any sector in the food industry – retail to regulatory; produce to processing; academic to agricultural. You can even nominate yourself or your own company.
