Food Code- Questions

Dear FoodSafers,

I received several calls and emails from members requesting  for clarification about the different clauses of the food code.

Its hard to find time to answer everyone individually. So, please mail your questions to the group.

That ways, more people will benefit from the discussion.

 

We will also be conducting open workshops on the Food Code in May for the food industry. That ways, you will be able to have one to one discussion with the DM team.

Dear All 

Can anyone Share the official Food Code that is current? as of now, I manage to collect different version in which the best complete option is Foodcode V2.0 2020, another source is 2023

Appreciate if you can guide me the proper link

The official Food Code is still the 2013 version.  The new version is still a draft. However, you can use it to better your practices and to allign with FSMS.
