We are a group of companies in U A E looking for a project coordinator for our food safety division.  The coordinator will be responsible for working with the clients and coordinating food safety and quality management system projects.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and answering telephone calls.
• Must be committed with a positive attitude and good judgment to make sound decisions

• Must have a professional appearance with good personal hygiene
• Ability to tolerate stress and maintain a calm atmosphere and composure in a hectic environment and under tight time constraints
• Proven skills in time management, short- and long-term planning, and strong organizational skills to be able to coordinate multiple tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• University degree in food safety, food science, food technology, microbiology, or zoology.
• Should be able to prepare the HACCP and ISO documents under the guidelines of the Senior Consultant.
• Must have a minimum of two years of experience in Dubai related to the food safety business.
• Bi (Malayalam) or multi-lingual speaking, reading, and writing preferred
• Proven experience with common office software such as Google Drive, Microsoft Word, FoodWatch, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Proven experience in using and understanding time tracking and l scheduling training
• Preference will be given to relative sponsorship
