Please find attached the “List of Approved Cleaning Chemicals & Disinfectants/Sanitizers for Food Contact Surfaces”

 

Food Contact Surfaces: Cutting Tools, Chopping/Cutting Boards, Crockery or any other surface that comes in direct contact with food at any stage of process / process operation/ manufacturing etc.

 

This is to inform you to go through the instructions provided therein the first page of the list to avoid any violation.

 

Incase of any confusion please contact the concerned department “Consumer Products Safety Section” as provided therein the list itself.
