There are two webinars you can attend today that would be very relevant to your work.

  1. From 10-11:30 am, we will have a webinar on Introduction to microbiological criteria (standards, specifications), sampling, testing - where we will explore what standards mean and how sampling and testing decisions or or can be made scientifically and results interpreted in the right way. 


  2. In the evening, from 4-6 PM, we will have the ICMSF webinar on microbiological sampling and how it can enhance food safety outcomes.
