Dear Food Establishments,
Please find attached the memo mandating the registration on the Foodwatch Platform.
We will be moving fully on to a digitalized Food Safety and Nutrition management platform for food establishments in Dubai and you will be initiating the process by registering on the platform first.
Over this year, the data about food, food handlers, vehicles, preparation area etc has to be digitalized.
