Dear Valued Food safer,

Greetings of the day

An inquiry come up to my mind,if you can share with me the Dubai Municipality rules of BFH certificate validation,And just a kind update with annual refreshment as i hared it is mandatory.Please advise regarding updated documents prove that.Thank you

Dear Tilal Hassan,

 Food Code 

chapter 6 , 6.3 

paragraph b says “Food handlers should participate in a refresher or updating course after one year of training , or shall be retrained if deterioration in food handling practices is noticed.
